The Vuelta Comte de Port is a circular high-mountain trek through the expansive Port del Comte massif. Moving counter-clockwise, the route bridges the Solsonès and Alt Urgell regions, offering a profound transition from dramatic limestone cliffs to high alpine meadows. From the historic salt works of Cambrils to the technical summits above 2,300 m, this trek is a comprehensive immersion into one of the Pre-Pyrenees' most majestic natural fortresses.

Into the massif
Private transfer from Barcelona to Canalda, then onto the GR-1 beneath the cliffs of the Roca de Canalda, past the Castell d'Odèn and the chapel of Santa Bàrbara to the red-walled hotel Ca l'Agustí.
The star stage
The solitary heart of the circuit, crossing the Alinyà mountains past the arched Roca de la Pena and up the Rassa dels Acens to Refugi de l'Arp (1,940 m), known for the finest sunsets in the Pre-Pyrenees.
Roof of the trek
The high-altitude stage: summit Tosa Pelada and the Pedró dels Quatre Batlles (2,388 m), traverse to Puig de les Morreres, then a steep descent to medieval Sant Llorenç de Morunys.
Closing the loop
Close the loop on the Ruta de las Canaletas, over El Codó (1,528 m) and past the Salt de la Perdiu waterfall to Canalda, then a private transfer back to Barcelona.

The trailhead at Canalda sits high above Sant Llorenç de Morunys and is not on a public line.
From Barcelona it is about 2 h up the C-16 and into the Solsonès.
Private door-to-door transfers from Barcelona to the Canalda trailhead and back are included in this route.

How booking works.
We authorize 20% on your card to lock your spot. Nothing is charged yet — the hold is only captured once your huts are confirmed.
A guide then calls every refuge and inn by hand to lock your nights, usually within 48h. Only when they're all confirmed do we capture the deposit. If one's full we propose alternative dates — and if nothing fits, the hold is released in full, never charged.
The remaining balance falls due 60 days before you set off. We send a reminder.

Once your huts are confirmed the deposit secures real logistics and is non-refundable — but in force majeure we rebook you onto alternate dates at minimal cost.
